1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to consumer orders placed through kampland.store. You can contact KAMPLAND at support@kampland.store, on +31 6 82821318 or at Anthonetta Kuijlstraat 49B, 3066 GS Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence over conflicting provisions.
2. Products and compatibility
We describe dimensions, materials, colours, included parts and compatibility as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens and production batches. Before ordering, check your caravan's dimensions, rail, vehicle limits, attachment points and intended use. Contact us if you are unsure.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are in euros and include VAT where stated. Delivery charges and other mandatory costs are shown before ordering. Products are subject to availability. An obvious error in price, stock or description does not require us to supply on incorrect terms. Any payment already received will be refunded.
4. Ordering and payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when KAMPLAND accepts the order or confirms dispatch, unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. We may refuse an order for a valid reason, such as unavailable stock, unconfirmed payment, a delivery restriction or an obvious error.
5. Delivery and risk
The delivery area, costs and estimated timeframe are shown before ordering. Large products or parts may be delivered separately. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you designate, receives the goods. Report missing parcels and visible transport damage as soon as possible.
6. Right of withdrawal
For most distance purchases, you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Statutory exceptions include made-to-measure and clearly personalised products. See Returns & refunds for the procedure.
7. Conformity and warranty
Products must comply with the contract and function as a consumer may reasonably expect. If a product is faulty or non-conforming, statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. A manufacturer's warranty is additional and does not limit your statutory rights.
8. Safe use
Follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, weather limits, load limits and assembly requirements. Stop using a damaged or unsafe product. Further information is available on the Product safety page.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, KAMPLAND is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly, use outside stated limits, ignored warnings or unauthorised modifications.
10. Complaints, governing law and disputes
Send any complaint to support@kampland.store with your order number and a clear description. We will respond within a reasonable time. Dutch law applies without removing any mandatory protection in your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court.
11. Retention of title
The goods remain KAMPLAND's property until the full amount due has been received. This does not change the statutory point at which risk passes to you.
12. Circumstances beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, such as extreme weather, transport disruption, strikes, government measures or serious supply problems. We will inform you, limit the effects where possible and respect your right to cancel if a delay is excessive.
13. Privacy and external links
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie policies. The site may contain links to external websites. KAMPLAND is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
14. Changes
We may amend these terms for future purchases. The version available when you placed your order applies to that order. Later changes are not applied retrospectively.
