1. Statutory warranty
A product must comply with the contract, its description and reasonable expectations. EU consumer law provides at least a two-year statutory warranty for faulty or non-conforming goods. Under Dutch law, protection may last longer if you may reasonably expect the product to have a longer lifespan. This warranty is against the seller and is free of charge.
2. Available remedies
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair or replacement. If this is impossible, disproportionate or not completed within a reasonable time, an appropriate price reduction or refund may follow. The appropriate remedy depends on the product, the fault and applicable law.
3. Manufacturer's warranty
Some products have an additional commercial warranty from the manufacturer. Its duration, geographical scope, any registration requirements and exclusions are set out in the accompanying documents. A commercial warranty never replaces or limits your statutory rights against KAMPLAND.
4. Making a warranty claim
Email support@kampland.store with your order number, product name, model or serial number, a description and clear photographs or video. Keep the product and relevant parts for assessment and do not arrange repairs before we have assessed the claim.
5. Wear, weather and assembly
Normal wear or damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, inadequate maintenance, modifications, accidents, ignored warnings or use beyond the stated wind, snow or load limits may fall outside a commercial warranty. Statutory rights are always assessed under mandatory law and the circumstances.
